Modo Mio.  The name of this pretty restaurant means “my way” in Italian, which is just how the culinary staff cooks.  With the use of vegetable stocks, natural reductions and the freshest ingredients, “my way” is turned into “delicious”.

Not only is Modo Mio in the Zagat Survey, much has been written about this wonderful eatery.
We have included links to some of the press articles written about this authentic Italian restaurant

A "regular staple", this Newport Coast Italian is a "locals' favorite" for "homemade pasta dishes" and other "reliable" eats served by a "pleasant" staff in a "homey" room with ocean views; though it's "a bit more upscale" than others in the area, reviewers feel rewarded by the "high quality/price ratio."

"This place could have been ripped out of Tuscany and dropped into Orange County lock, stock, and linguine. The verdure a la griglia [grilled vegetables] are simply perfect, and the risotto makes me cry like a baby."
